Packaging in Films

We are offering premium quality Packaging Films that are widely demanded in automobile, electrical and many other industries for packaging the various types of products. Under the strict vigilances of deft experts, these films are manufactured using high grade basic materials in accordance with set industry norms.

Stretch wrap is a thin, stretchable plastic film (typically made from polyethylene) that is used to lock and secure cased goods onto a pallet. As the stretch film is wrapped around the pallet, tension is applied, enabling the film to extend its length by up to 300%.This tension then creates a constrictive force around the load, allowing it to be held in place.

Shrink wrap is a versatile polymer material used for the packaging of finished goods. Heat is applied to the film – by either a conveyor heat tunnel or an electric or gas heat gun – which catalyzes the film to shrink tightly around the item placed within. This process results in a clear, durable barrier of protection around the product.

A modified atmosphere is created by altering the natural distribution and makeup of atmospheric gases. When applied to packaging, this involves modifying or controlling the makeup of gases contained within each package to provide optimal conditions for increasing the shelf life and reducing oxidation and spoilage of perishable food and beverage products.
